• Very sensitive brakes
• From 60mph, apply minimum brake at 0.6 miles.
• That will bring you to platform at about 35mph. Apply 30% brakes until about 15mph, then release and minimum brakes as required.

1. Isolation switch to run (above engine start button)
2. Cutoff valve in
3. MU-2A lead or dead
4. Engine run on
5. Field generator on
6. Control and fuel pump on
7. EP control on (below above)
8. Insert reverser
9. Turn on safety systems in cabinet on rear wall (safety devices, warning devices, alerter control
10. Turn on headlights
11. Unlock doors

1. In fuse cabinet:
   1. Main battery on
   2. Radio on
2. Hold engine start button 4 seconds (above fuse cabinet)
3. Start HEP (panel to right of fuse cabinet)
4. Press AC power on (in above panel)
5. Select long or short hood trail just below HEP power board

1. Brakes to emergency - PCS will be open
2. Throttle to idle
3. Reverser to neutral
4. Press acknowledge button
5. Reduce main brake to full service
6. Independant brake on
7. Wait for PCS to recover (1 minute)
8. Release auto brake
9. Reverser forward
10. Power up (to prevent rollback)
11. Ind brake off
