Trying some optimisation due to poor performance in Trainz. Did a run of UserBenchMark.exe. You get a much better result when not running other applications at the same time. It said I had slow RAM and suggested a tweak in BIOS - activate XMP. I did that and it did come back with a slightly better result. Time will tell.
