I updated to ThirdRails 7.2 recently and the fonts were tiny and unreadable.

Fixed by:

1. Creating shortcut to ThirdRails (by reinstalling)
2. Right click on shortcut.
3. Click on Compatibility tab
4. Press Change high DPI Settings button
5. Check Overide high DPI scaling behaviou
6. Select "system" from Scaling performed by dropdown list.
