Slackware has not asked for updates for months. Investigations revealled that the /etc/slackpkg/mirrors selected has not had an update since 2023 (http://mirror.internode.on.net/pub/slackware/slackware64-15.0/)
Changed back to Swinbourne and suddenly needed a lot of updates.
