Lossless Scaling works very well with Trainz.

Set Trainz to 1/2 verticle sync so that it runs at 30FPS (half screen FPS of 60)

Run Lossless Scaling with now scaling and X2 frame insertion.

Coal Country runs at a steady 58 FPS and looks good.
