Cathcart Circle recently got an upgrade to TOD4 which resulted in the lighting being blown out to the extent that Glasgow Queen Street looked like the lights were thermo nuclear and signals overblown too.

The fix was to remove Aran's TOD mod:

Aran-GCC-Time-of-Day-Update-v1.0.pak

All good now.
