Downloaded and installed Nvidia driver 580.88.

Also cleaned out DX shader cache.

Ran a comparision between 4k monitor and 1440 on Bradgamer. For a particular frame rate, the GPU is only working half as hard for 1440. 4k struggled to maintain above 30fps in areas.

The 1440 does not look as good, but the fps and reduced stuttering is worth it.
