BradsPC keyboard shortcuts set up via Desktop Shortcuts worked fine. Bradgamer did not. Tried Autohotkey. It didn't work either.

The culprit - Nvidia App. Uninstall that and never install it again. It's only good for GPU stats, but not at the cost of hijacking your system.
