Raspian no longer exists. Downloaded and installed Raspberrypi OS. Even the light version takes up about 80% of the memory card and it is slow, but it works. Had a lot of trouble getting CUPS to work. There is a bug where the web interface settings for printer sharing do no stick. Ended up using cupsctl and lpadmin commands to install and share the printer. Windows machines were finally able find the printer and connect.
